SSC Stenographer Educational Qualification:
The minimum educational qualification required to appear in the SSC Stenographer exam is having passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
All the degrees provided, including technical education degree/diploma, awarded through Open and Distance Learning mode of education by the Universities recognized for the purpose of employment to posts and services under the Central Government, must be approved by the Distance Education Bureau, University Grants Commission.
All the candidates will be required to produce the relevant Certificates such as Mark sheets, Provisional Certificates of Intermediate/Higher Secondary/Senior Secondary in the original.

Please note that the SSC Stenographer Grade C requires candidates to be between 18 to 30 years of age as of August 01, 2023, while the SSC Stenographer Grade D requires candidates to be between 18 to 27 years of age as of August 01, 2023.

SSC Stenographer 2023 Exam Centres: Select Your Preferred Location
Candidates appearing for the SSC Stenographer 2023 Exam have the option to choose their preferred Exam Centres. The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) releases a list of Exam Centres along with the official notification and application form. The examination will be conducted in computer-based mode across 100 cities.
